Interests and Specialty: Working with bright, energetic college students and helping them develop their career goals and aspirations. This is done through a collaborative effort from our Career Services staff, other OSU departments, and employers--all of whom are passionate about helping
OSU students and alumni.

Interests and Specialty: Career development/counseling, career coaching, personal branding, talent management, human rights, international education, entrepreneurship and global social and economic development. Worked extensively with diverse populations, survivors of torture/war
and other vulnerable populations. Actively engage others in the career development process,
empower others to seek purposeful careers, and help others to explore and embrace their passion.

Interests and Specialty: As a career counselor for Ecampus students, I provide support for career exploration and decision making.  I help students identify and strengthen their values, interests, and goals, seek experiences intentionally and access university/community resources that will enhance their career development.

Interests and Specialty: Collabortively working with talented college students to support the process of career exploration and development through identifying and enhancing strengths, interests, values, and goals that make each individual "who they are" as well as what career path is right for them so they can make their aspirations a reality. Malia Arenth, Career CounselorMalia

Interests and Specialty: Strengths-based support and counseling for career and educational development with a focus on the individual skills, interests and passion each student brings to the table. Creating personal brands and taking control of one’s work and educational identity and looking at life/career path holistically. Background in writing/communication, mental health counseling, and have worked extensively with diverse populations of people experiencing life transitions, loss, trauma, and recovery.


 

Jen Busick, Career Advisor & Outreach Coordinator

Interests & Specialty: Advises students about internship and job search, applying to graduate school, resumes/cover letters, and interviewing. Organizes and updates resources, manages social media for Career Services and coordinates outreach opportunities.

LindseyLindsey Reed, Employer Relations Manager

Interests and Specialty:Strategically cultivating and strengthening corporate relations between employers, students, alumni, and faculty through our Career Fairs, our Orange Circle Sponsorship Program, and other external relations to create a successful business and educational partnership with OSU students.  Helping our incredible students land the career of their dreams and serving them in their academic and professional pursuits including internships, part-time, and full-time jobs by building and maintaining relationships with state, regional, national and international employers.

Interests and Specialty: Advising students on resumes, cover letters, and graduate school applications, especially personal statements and writing samples; carrying out mock interviews with students to help build solid interviewing skills; giving outreach presentations for classes, student groups, and organizations; helping OSU students connect with the career that makes them happy.
